These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Qinected marketing website (the "Website"), operated by Qinected Ltd ("Qinected", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms.

These are website terms only. They are separate from, and do not form, any customer SaaS agreement for the Qinected application. Use of the Qinected application itself is governed by a separate agreement between Qinected and its customers.

You may use the Website for lawful purposes and to learn about Qinected's products and services. You agree to use the Website in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of it.

2. Demo enquiries

The Website includes a demo/contact form. Submitting a form constitutes an enquiry and does not create a contract or guarantee any particular service, demonstration or response time. We will use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry.

Qinected Ltd owns or has the necessary rights to the Website, its content, the Qinected name, branding, designs and related intellectual property. You may view and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, redistribute or republish Website content without prior written consent, except as permitted by law.
